Default What computer specs, should i have to use Adobe Premiere Elements effectively?

Such as how much memory, speed, and anything else needed.
Would a HP Pavilion dv2-1030us laptop do fine? It has 4 gigs of ram, and a 320gb Hard drive.
But the processor is kind of weak: AMD Athlon Neo Processor MV-40 1.6GHz 512 KB L2 Cache

well the best type of computers that run adobe are the macs but if you are using a windows based computer then you should have about 2.5 ghtz processor and i would recommend 3 gigs of ram. also have a large hard drive like 250 gigs at least. for a mac i would recommend at least a 2.13 ghtz processor and 2 gigs of ram. at least.
