How do i find the right size conversion lens for my camcorder?

I have a Panasonic PV-GS15 my lens specs are exactly as stated (i copied from the manual) I have no idea what this means exactly so if you could explain it and what size wide angle (Fisheye Lens) i would need, you will automatically get 5 stars.

f2. 1-50.4mm, f1.8-3.6
(35mm equivalent: 39.5-948 mm),
24x zoom lens
