Smile High end consumer camcorder : recommendation Plz

In the market to replace my old Panasonic MX500.
Looks like miniDV is on its way out and HDD is in.

Looking for one that can cope with low light scene well.

Any recommendation?

Panasonic HDC-HS300 looks appealing. 120Gb of capacity.
The other one is Sony HDR-XR520V with 240Gb capacity.

for comparison of spec

Which one would you prefer?
Any others I should also consider?

Thanks
